The Amazon experiment continues. I heard back from one of the editors about my Amazon Short submission. They liked it, but I inadvertantly submitted something under 2,000 words. What was I thinking? Actually, I thought I read the cutoff was 1,000 words. NOT. Thank goodness for second chances. I have since submitted another essay for the Short program and will let you know how that falls out.
Also, got an acceptance email to my Inside the Book Search submission. If you haven't done this yet (and you have a book on Amazon), figure out how! Go back to an earlier post on the subject to find out details.
In May, I'll be sharing all I've learned and how it benefitted me with my fellow Oklahoma Writers' Federation (OWFI) members. Looking forward to it!
